What has been one of your favorite memories of being in Romeo and Juliet?

Getting down some of the crazy tongue twisters that I have to say as Mercutio in the show…. Well, I like to think I have them down anyway.

Describe the character you play in the show and list some characteristics of your character that you admire.

I play Mercutio, who is a friend of Romeo, and well known in Verona. For admired characteristics I would say that I admire Mercutio’s confidence and wit.

What are the challenges are you facing while working on Romeo and Juliet?

The foreign language when Shakespeare wrote the play, and having to translate it into something both actors and audience can follow, have challenged me.

Briefly highlight what are you learning from this show. How will you apply your learning to your life beyond the show?

We’re leaning about using your hands to communicate, and why that’s important. I’m not really sure how to apply it to my life beyond the show, but it’s a good thing to think about.
